College Football


Question
I am about to graduate high school and i have decided that i want to play college football at the division 3 level. I am a 2 time All District Defensive Tackle and Offensive Line Honorable Mention. I played varsity football for 3 years on a mediocre team. I am 6'1" 280 and i bench 315, squat 530 and deadlift 420 and my 40 time is 5.73. Am i strong enough to walk on and play somewhere? and if not what advice would you have as far as workouts and nutrition are concerned?

Hi Trent,
My advice to you is that you start looking at colleges that you might want to attend in the near future. See if they have the courses you would like to take. Once you find what you are looking for take a walk over to the football coaches?office and have a talk the head coach. Tell him what you just told me. I am sure you can work something out.
