Is this a valid formation, the offensive linesman all have there heads aligned with the buttocks of there other linesmen

Looking at this diagram, I would say that this is NOT a valid formation. The referees would call it, " too many men in the backfield". Now of course, each call is a judgement call, so some refs may not call it. But, if I was the other teams coach, I would be yelling for the ref to call it an illegal formation.
