Encroachment

Is there any discussion about re-visiting the offsides/encroachment rule change that allows the official to call a penalty on the defense when movement causes an offensive player to move?  I have seen offensive linemen purposely move when a defensive player jumps a little with the resulting penalty being imposed against the defense.

I am not aware of any discussion about re-visiting the fouls of offside or encroachment.  The NCAA Rules committee will compile topics in January for their winter meeting to discuss.  Please know the offensive player may move to defend himself or if threatened by the defensive player.  But at this time I have not read any memos or bulletins from the NCAA about making this an issue for the off season discussions.  However, sometimes during the meetings the rules committee will take actions not original thought or planned.  Also once the Bowl season is over and the coaches have submitted their survey responses as to rules and rule changes this could be a topic if the survey results support it.
