College football clock operating Mechanics

Can you please direct me to an online site where I can read the proper mechanics on how to properly operate the clock during a college football game.

Go to this site which as the CCA Mechanics manual or the CCA Mechanic Manual pages 137-38 Appendix B
Below are my general notes I have for clock operators - these are notes i have put together from varous sources.
Equipment and Clock Check:
? Digital Readout Time Game Clock and Play clock ?Have the 揺xact time?br>
? Back up stop watch, pencil/pen, game card
? List of officials, way to communicate with officials
Obtain correct time from R/BJ/SJ
Standard time intervals:
? Upon reaching the press box (90 minutes to start time) watch for Referee抯 signal and identify your location to him by whatever means required to obtain his conformation.
? Test clock and horn - Verify using your digital watch. Make sure you know how to set X minutes and XX seconds using data entry keys on control box.
? 60 Minutes prior to Game Time - set Clock at 60 minutes - run to 揨ERO?br>
Note: If national anthem being performed, do not allow horn to sound. May want to have clock adjust so that "0" reads 3 Min to KO. discuss with officials and game administrator
? Put time necessary to have clock at ?攁t Game Time
? Set Clock to 15 Minutes for NCAA, 12 Min for NFHS, 10 Min for lower Div. HS games and await kick-off
o 15 minutes ?Quarter 1
o 15 minutes ?Quarter 2
? Half Time ?20 minutes on clock ?Start clock on Referee signal
? At 0:59 move time to "0" for NCAA; for High School at ??- Immediately put 3 minutes on clock for Warm-up - Start Clock
? Set Clock to 15 Minutes for NCAA, 12 Minutes for NFHS, etc
o 15 minutes ?Quarter 3
o 15 minutes ?Quarter 4
Clock stops: When:
? After Kicks Official Signal or When Ball Becomes Dead
? After Change of Possession Official Signal or When Ball Becomes Dead
? First Downs Official Signal
? Out-of-bounds Official Signal or Obvious that Ball is Dead
? Incomplete Passes Official Signal or Obvious Ball Hits Ground
? Team Time Outs Official Signal
? Official抯 Time Out Official Signal
? After Scores/FG抯 Official Signal or Obvious Ball Crossed Goal
? PAT Tries ?Extra Points Clock Does Not Run
When any official has stopped the clock the only official that signifies how the clock is to start is the Referee (with the exception of a free kick)

? Otherwise - with the 揝NAP??Referee gives only 揜eady Signal?br>
Clock Malfunctions
Notify crew, discuss this in pre game with officials
? Keep game time on digital timing device
? Talk to no-one but Ref/LJ/BJ/SJ ?be prepared to provide time to LJ or BJ
? At 4 Min. Mark ?End of 2nd // 4th Qtr. - Stop Clock - advise BJ/SJ for T.O.
