synthetic lanes
Question
How can I get a smooth roll on my ball without double bouncing on the lanes?
Answer
Ron,
Without seeing you bowl, I can't be sure why your doing what your doing.
I'd suggest that the double bouncing effect can be caused by quit a few things, worst of which is a ball fit that's off. You could be gripping and releasing late, and the accelerating of your swing slams the ball into the lane instead of having it land like an airplane. If you could forward a video of your approach and delivery I'd have a better chance of figuring out what you're doing.
Thanks for the question.
