i have a ebonite thunderbolt m/d that i really love to throw the problem is i need a lesser weight than i have . What has replaced the thunderbolt m/d really hope u can help so far nothing but a roller coaster ride on answers

Your Thunderbolt was a high performance ball once upon a time. The closest thing you'll find is a three piece urethane ball or a three piece reactive ball like the Scout series from Columbia.

What weight will you be looking for? As you drop down, the options for a strong core inside a light ball diminishes dramatically. Please characterize your play (are you rolling the ball slower? a lot slower than with the Thunderbolt from years ago)? Are you crossing more boards or going straighter down the lane?
