dunking(air alert)

I am 16 years old and 5'10. I can skim the rim and want to be able to dunk more than anything! I have been trying the AIR ALERT II jump program. I am just about to start the third week, but i have not seen any improvement in my Vertical.  They say that you should see a difference by the 7th day.Should I keep doing it?

My advice to you would be to simply jump as often - as high - as quickly - as you can. Try running hills on dirt or grass, and running in sand. Add wieght/strenght training to your routine. Contact a personal trainer or P.E. teacher, and ask for help with "plyometrics".
