The first game is called 21. The first player to 21 wins. A basket inside the 3 point arc is a worth 1 point and a basket outside is worth 2 points. You pick somebody to start the game. Whoever is starting it is shooting a free throw. The other players are positioned around the basket in case of a miss. If the player makes a free throw he is awarded 1 point. If he misses the players go for a rebound, whoever gets the rebound he has to clear the ball behind the 3 point arc and the player who missed the free throw has to defend him. From there it is like 1 on 1. If the player shoots and makes it he is awarded the points and goes to the free throw line and the game continues how I described it previously. If he misses then players go for rebound and continue until somebody makes a shot. With each rebound you have to clear the ball behind the 3 point arc and whoever misses the shot has to play defense. When shooting free throws you can only make 3 in a row then you have to take ball out and go 1 on 1 against somebody. If you are at the free throw line and you have 20 points and miss a free throw and a player rebounds and scores you go back to 15 points. You have to finish the game with a made free throw. You can play this game with as many players as you want. Of course if you have 6 or more players you should just play 3 on 3. This is a fun game that all the players seem to like and always play.

Another game is called knock-out. This can be played with 2 or more players just like the 21. You will need two balls to play this game. For direction sake lets say you have 3 players. You form a single line at the top of the key and the the first 2 players have a ball. The first player steps to the free throw line and shoots, if he makes it he hustles to the ball and retrieves it and passes to the 3'rd player in line. While this happens the 2'nd player is stepping to the free throw line and shooting once the 1'st players shot hits the rim, backboard, or goes in. If the 1'st players shot misses then he has to hustle for the rebound and make a lay-up before the 2'nd player makes a shot. If the 2'nd player makes his shot before the 1'st player then the 1'st player is knocked out of the game. You can play with as many player as you want and you keep playing until there is one player left who is the winner.
