I have recentl sprained my ankle again and two months before that i sprained it too so i play basketball but sometimes it feels bad and hurts how can i get it to be close to 90 percent or strong again?

One thing I am concerned with is you are writing that your ankle hurts when you are playing and that is a good sign something is wrong and you need to seek proper and professional help.
