hi..im a girl...13 years old gong into my eighth grade year....i really want to shoot a three-pointer...but i kno i need to get stronger and quicker..but i dont have much time...i didnt play all summer because of softball...so i kno im rusty..i have a tournament on the 18th...so i need to get fit and fast

Hi Kalee Murphy,
To shoot the 3 pointer you need to use your legs. That is what powers your shot not your arms. So to shoot the 3 bend your legs a little more.
Jumping rope is a good way of improving your qickness and stength. So jump rope everyday and focus on your legs!
