Thanks for your question,
This program may help you getting a couple of inches on your vertical, but will not help you at all. Jumping is not a job of ankle muscles alone, but quadruple in the biggest grade. This program has some resistance band exercises that are focusing just at ankle muscles and shin.
For God's shake, do not give 90$ for this thing. If you want to, i will give you a program on ankle and quadruple muscles as well. I would give you this program also if you want to. But, remember, the right kinf of working out is explosive plyometrics.
