What makes Theo Papaloukas a great point guard?

I'm really happy that you ask this question. As you might have read in previous answers, i have worked with theo and he was a hard-working guy that always listened to what his coaches had to say.

He achieved great things.
Between September 25, 2005 and September 3, 2006, Papaloukas took the European Championships gold medal with Greece, then lifted the Euroleague, Russian League and Russian Cup trophies with CSKA Moscow. Only in the World Championships did he lose, finishing with the silver medal. He was voted the Euroleague Final Four MVP and was selected to all-league or all-tournament teams in the other competitions.

What really makes theo a distingished all-star point guard is his passing, how fast he makes the best decision, the ability to set up his teamates on the court, his ability to take advantage of his height(2m 01cm)and his passion.
In little words, he's considered a sharp, smart player.
