becoming a scout for a ncaa

i am a in high school and i want to become a scout for basketball it says i have to contact the NBA but i don't want to work for the NBA i want to work for ncaa a collage i have always loved basketball and always played i would like to know how to get that job please contact me i thank you so much.

I am not too familiar with scouting jobs. My expertise is in the Rules of basketball. I would try contacting the NCAA once more and make sure you tell them you are not interested in Scouting for the NBA and what should you do and who should you talk to.
