Driving to the basket
Question
Hello there. I usually play a 1 or a 2 guard in every game I play. I'm only 5 foot 7 so I'm not the tallest guy on the court. I wanna say that I have a pretty good jump shot but it's difficult for me to drive to the hole. It's due to the fact that I rolled my ankle pretty bad when I drove to the basket a couple years back. Are their Amy tips for a smaller guard to drive to the basket? Is it a mental block? Thank you for your help.

It seems you're experiencing a mental/physical block.
You sound young, that means you heal quicker than older guys, physically and mentally.
I suggest you see a local Physical Therapist, have your ankles (both) examined and have rehab and strengthening exercises recommended to you.
You must allow time to heal and strengthen or you will never get beyond these limitations you're currently experiencing.
Once you're stronger physically you'll naturally get beyond the mental problem of re-injuring your ankle. Don't push the rehab process too fast and you'll be playing ball for the rest of your life.
While you're rehabbing improve your shot at the same time by reading my book and following the guidance. With an even better shot you'll be improving your abilities to fake and drive to the hoop.
