Good day, sir.
Sir My name is David Oscar Jones, 14 yrs old.
Standing 180 cm 85 kgs.
I used to be a center but there were new people added to the team.
Now i am forced to play point gaurd as the others' dribbling is not up the mark.
Our new center Stands 202cm and weighs 102 kgs.
" " PF stands 196 cm and weighs 133 kgs.(is a wrestling chapion as well.
SF is 190, 77
Sg 187, 85.
Sir, Please could you tell me what could I do to lose some weight and improve my dribbling skills.
My jumping is pretty goo....without practice i will be able to dunk in next 3 years.
But i am a little jealous a every one else on the team can dunk. Sir, would you please tell me what could I do to improve my jum and possibly dunk next year.

Google free exercise routines. Find one you like and stick to it. Run, jump rope too.
Google free dribbling drills. Find a routine you like and stick to it.
Google free basketball jumping drills. Find one you like and stick to it.

Learn to juggle in order to help your handles, your eye hand coordination and your left right brain connections.
Develop your court vision.
Learn to be a dead-eye shot with the Free book.
Stop trying to dunk, simply work on your elevation and conditioning [eat good food and drink GOOD water] then one day during a game or practice you'll dunk.
It's easier to go from guard to center than from center to guard, however you understand more than most point guards about finding the open guy down low.
