2 seam fastball
Question
how much speed does 2 seam fastball can reach??
Answer

Your 2 seam fastball will typical be 2 mph slower than your 4 seam fastball. that's not always true but its a good rule of thumb.
I've played with a few guys who could get their 2 seam fastballs in the mid nineties (93-96), but they were some of the few. Most good 2 seam pitchers throw 88-91 mph.
If you're developing a two seam fastball don't worry too much about how fast it is. Learn to throw it for a strike DOWN in the zone. Ideally it will start belt high and sink or run as it enters the hitting zone.
