Changing Pitchers

Is a manager allowed to change pitchers in the middle of an at bat if the pitcher is not suffering from an injury.

That's a great question. I'm not sure exactly what the rule book says, but I have to say yes. If the manager wants to make a switch during an at-bat, he can. I only say this because I've seen it happen in a game. It's pretty unorthodox but situations do come up when it makes sense to change the pitcher during an at-bat.
