draft question

we have decided to rank head coaches and assistant coaches kids to make the draft as fair as possible.  Do you have any suggestions on a fair method of doing this?

Little League advises that coaches not be selected until AFTER drafts, to help redshirting of players prior to the draft.

Our managers rank and select players based on their own personal rankings.  Once again, get rid of the assistant coaches and you wont have a problem.

Honestly, get rid of the title "coaches kid", and just rate them based on talent instead of who their parents are.
