I also have a problem being a medium speed pitcher with getting shelled then putting togethr a 7 inning shutout. IM INCONSISTENT with spotting my pitches so what can i do to hit my spots better i have pretty good late movement on my curve and slurve but i hit the batter or pitch a ball 90% of the time and i only get them fishing when i get a strike out!!!!
ANSWER: Taylor all i have to say is try to arm yourself with all the protection equimpment to help you with your confidence.Try the under armour protection they use in football. it will protect your ribs and back. buy an elbow guard. these will help you nbot fear the ball.

Answer
THROW THROW THROW THROW AND KEEP THROWING!The more you throw the better your control will get.Throw at spots on a fence but throw.Make sure you are not trying to throw to hard. This will cause you to move your eyes and head off the target.Dont fall off to side stay on your line.
