Medical Exemption All-Star Eligibility

My son was an all-star last year and "probably" would have been selected again
this year. He played in 3 league games and broke his thumb across his growth
plate. He will be in a cast for 4 weeks. He will not get to play 60% of his league
games. Can he still be considered for all-stars through some sort of medial
waiver, etc....

Your local league Board of Directors can request a waiver of this rule to the Charter Committee in Williamsport.  They should work on this approval now to make sure it is sent and taken care of prior to the tournament season.

Please keep in mind, the waiver is not guarenteed.
