Little League Mandatory Play rule when game is shortened

We had a playoff game today and our league adopted the non-continuous batting, but our substitute players must play 6 consecutive outs and have 1 at bat.
Scenario: At the end of the 2nd inning our 9 starters met their 6 defensive outs and 1 at bat minimum requirement. The score was 6 to 0 we were the visiting team and we were leading.  Before our players came to bat at the top of the 3rd, we placed in all 3 of our substitutes into the lineup and announced this to the umpire-in-chief and the head score keeper. We ended up winning the game 11-0 and the game was over due to the 10-run rule. One of our subs did not get to bat. Are we in violation of not meeting the mandatory play requirement? The other team has logged a protest but I find that they too didnt get to bat one of their substitutes. Waiting on the verdict from  the league but curious if you had an opinion if we are in violation. If so and the protest is accepted would we replay, start where we left off, or forfeit or just make sure we start the player next game to fufill the last game requirment?

The player must start the next game and play what he missed (1 at bat), and play what he is entitled to (1 at bat, 6 outs) so 2 at bats and 6 outs before the player can be removed..  The league board of directors may elect to punish the manager.  Other than that, there is nothing else that can be done. (Regulation IV (i))
