coach pitch little league

There are players on 1st and 2nd, the coach pitches the ball to his player, the batter line drives the ball back to the coach and it hits him in the gut and falls to the ground.The little boy playing pitcher picks the ball up and throws the ball to first getting the batter out.What should happen to the
batter and the runners?

You will need to check with your local league for their ground rules in this situation as the Little League Rules do not cover coach pitch.

In my league, the ball is dead, the batter is awarded first base, and all other runners who are forced to, advance one base.

However, this differs from league to league, so check your local ground rules.
