season games required major lg softball

of the 12 games required by june 15, can it include tournament games or some of the players high school summer scrimmages or games..or must they include the whole roster. also the roster cant be divulged prior to june 15, however what if there is only one team combined of 3 counties which consists of 11 players of whom the coach acknowledges is the complete competition team? and in girls softball 16 and under (major lg) is there mandatory playing time in season and or tournament play per each player on the roster?

Players must compete in at least 60% of the REGULAR SEASON games.  This does not include tournaments or high school games.  The 12-game minimum is exclusive of tournament and special games.  

The roster cannot be released prior to June 15th.  It sounds like there is an issue with this as well.  If there is only one team, then yes, of course, that team will probably be the all star team.  However, from the point of the completion of the regular season to June 15th, practice should stop until the team is "announced".

In Junior and Major softball all stars, there is a minimum playing time (one at bat, three consecutive outs).  Senior and Big League softball does not have minimum playing times.
