I have done a lot of research online, and I have found that Baseball From the Ground Up! (www.bftgu.com) has a thorough and insightful teaching system for new coaches. Its drills are progressive and fundamentally focused. Plus it will teach coaches about sportsmanship and how to look at the big picture.
