pre-game warm up
Question
This is for an 11-12 year old boys baseball team. How long should we warm up before a game. What routine do you recommend - should we do push ups or sit ups before a game. Thank you.

type: How to play baseball: warm up and strech.. (stretch is spelled wrong)
I wouldn't recommend the push-ups.. Stretching to avoid hamstring pulls, are the most important. Also throwing slow to hard..
Spend 10 to 30 minutes.. Some players need more, others need less.
