baseball bats

my baseball season is about to start. and i need a new bat and i don't know witch one to get, ive been looking at the 09 vexxum and the 09 exo and ive used  both in the past and they where both good, but i dont know what to get now, i use -3 bats now but i cant deceide so if you could help me i would appreciate it

These bats are about the same.  The only difference I have seen in them is that the demarini vexxum often has a small knob on the handle.  I prefer a bigger knob with a thinner handle.  This is usually fixed with some tape so its not a big problem.  The bat that I have seen most popular with the players I have seen is the exo grid, however I have hit with both and prefer the vexum.  You may be able to call around to batting cages that have pro shops and see if they have demo bats.  Often training facilities with bigger pro shops will be given demo bats from the major bat manufacturers.  Your some should a least swing both and see which one feels better in his hands.
