QUESTION: i am currently 15 years old about to turn 16 and i play out field although i do not have the best arm. i want to know some exercises which could help me strengthen my arm. thank you for reading and spending time to answer my question

ANSWER: Jeff,
Long toss is the best.  Also basic weight training will help just make sure you maintain and improve you flexibility.  Its not just your arm that needs strengthening but your legs, back, and abs.  I get a lot of questions about this topic and there is nothing any better than basic weight training, long toss, and making sure you have perfect mechanics.

The best program for strength and flexibility is the Bigger, Faster, Stronger program.  Check out their website at www.biggerfasterstronger.com.  Their program for strength and flexibility are the best I have seen.  I have been doing their program for 12 years and I would never switch to another program.
