hey ive been playin baseball since i was a lil kid now im playing baseball at college an i allwayz had the same arm angle since forever but now im having a situation with my arm which i dont know wut it is hopefully you could help. my arm feels like it has no energy after i was havig elbow pay and crackign noises everytime i trow a baseball and also everytime i trow a baseball it hurts and it feels like i lost speed

thanks for the question. i try and answer every question on this site. however, this is the type that can not be answered. you need to see someone who can guide you on this matter. maybe the college where you are playing could help.
