Fielders Choice vs. Hit

Question
Man on 1st and batter hits fly to right field.  Man on first
waits to see if ball gets caught but it drops in.  Batter
makes it safely to first but fielder picks up the ball and
throws to second for force out. Right fielder would not have
been able to get batter going to first.  Is this a FC or
Hit?? If a hit would runner get an error?

Runners cannot receive an error.  The question would be whether the fielder gets an error (for letting the ball drop) or if the official scorer would rule this a Fielder's Choice.  If there was no error on the outfielder, this would be a Fielder's Choice.
