This question Is in regards to an 11 year old Player in the minor league division.the Sa飀 Player was on the allstars in the minor league last year as a 10 year old ,1 of the best pitchers that year..This year the now 11 year old player did not tryout at all was set to be on a major league team.parent decides to drop him down to minor league,as a pitcher.the 11 year old is far to advanced for the minor league play...what are the rules regarding this situation....they are stacking the team and being unfair to the younger players....thankyou martin

The Little League rules state that a player must try out. I would recommend that you contact your local league board of directors with the complaint, or your local regional director.
