Sorry for the questions its two questions I have ..first I live in a small town but we made two bronco girl teams let's call one yellow the other black but the empires are related to the other team (yellow) I asked the direct of the the league if they are allowed to empire she said yes she has been keeping an eye to make sure its fair but to my knowledge she is also related ..my concern is for example a team from another bigger team let's call them red  has play the other team (yellow) and when that same team played them in another field from another town that team (red) won but in our field they had no chance ,the other team (red) brought with them four pitchers but outta all four the blue called their pitches fouls so the other team (yellow) scored 10 runs which they were all walked ..yet we play (black)  team against (red) team it in their field and it was a close game...(black) team still won but by one point but should the empires still make calls if they are related to that team ..who can you complain to..thanks ..

Quite a sticky problem you have.  Unfortunately, that's the nature of sport.  Often times, the only people you can get to manage and umpire games are people who's kids play in the games.  Is every call fair?  Very doubtful, but often times the alternative is to have no umpires, therefore no games.

If there is a director over the entire league (multiple towns) you might be able to complain, but I would think if the calls are that biased, those teams would notice.  And they may request some type of action.

One option for you is to try and find another umpire - someone who would like to do the job who isn't related and ask them to offer their services.

Sorry - this probably isn't much help but in these situations, the people running the league are usually desperate for any help, and if there is some nepotism involved, well so be it.
