cleats

i play in quite a few softball leauges and of course all the cleats i want are metal and those are illegal. is there anyway to convet the meatl cleats to rubber or plastic? maybe caps or something?

I don't know about converting metal to plastic spikes with caps, but there are baseball/softball shoes that come with both metal and plastic spikes.  Look for a shoe with metal spikes which can easily be removed.  Usually these shoes come with a wrench and replacement plastic spikes.  Other than that, there are some shoes that are sold with plastic spikes that are shaped like the rectangular metal spikes.  These are very comfortable and work well on dirt and grass.  Try to stay away from large rounded cleates.  These are ok for deep grass, but will not work very well on dirt.
