2 Questions (baseball related)

7 Inning game: 1st question, pitcher A starts the game and goes 2 innings leaves the game with no score. Pitcher B comes in and throws 1 inning and leaves the game leading 1-0, Pitcher C throws 3 innings and leaves leading 4-2, Pitcher D comes in and throws final inning and his team scores 2 runs in the top of the 7th and his team wins 6-2. WHO GETS THE WIN? A B C D????? I know there is no save.
Question 2Top of the 6th Inning pitcher allows a lead off double, in the attempt throws the ball into CF, advancing the runner to 3rd base, 2nd batter in innings singles, and advances to 2nd on throw to plate, 3rd batter SO's and runner is thrown attempting to steal 3rd base, 4th batter in the inning is P5. 1 Run scores, is it earned, due to being advanced to 3rd by pitchers errant throw to 2nd going into CF.

For your first question, I'd probably award the win to pitcher B. He was effective (not allowing any runs) and he was in the game when his team took the lead for good. I'm confident in saying that 99.9% of the time a major league scorer would give that pitcher the win. If a scorer thought that pitcher C was more effective, it is arguable that that pitcher could be awarded the win.
In the second question, the only way you could argue that the run was unearned was if there was no chance it would score without benefit of the error. I'd say that single would have a chance of scoring the runner from second, so I'd call the run earned.
