The top-tier English League is also called Barclays Premier League or simply Premier League. Chelsea is one of the most prominent names in English football. They have already wrapped up five league titles, five League Cups, seven FA Cups and four Community Shields. They have also won prestigious UEFA Champions League once, one UEFA Europa League, one UEFA Super Cup and two UEFA Cup Winners' titles.

They are the only Londoners to have won the UEFA Champions League. Chelsea is the first British club to have claimed titles in all three main UEFA competitions on the club level.

The regular kit colors for Chelsea boys are royal blue shirts and shorts paired up with white socks. The club has changed its crest multiple times in their earnest effort to modernize its image as a part of their re-branding. A ceremonial lion rampant is the current crest of Chelsea and it is a modification of what was designed back in early 1950s.

Chelsea is one of the most popular clubs in English football. It is a crowd-puller and has enjoyed the fifth-highest average attendance in Premier League football. The average home attendance for the club during 2014/15 season was 41, 546. It was the seventh-highest number of attendants in the Premier League.

Chelsea is one of those clubs which get support from all over the world. They attract more than 40,000 supporters to their home ground Stamford Bridge on a regular basis. Chelsea were the seventh most-supported team in the Premier League during 2013-14 season, with an average number of 41, 572 spectators. 

In England, they have supporters cutting across the economic standards. They get support from wealthier zones including Chelsea as well as working-class areas such as Battersea and Hammersmith. There are several UK clubs officially supporting Chelsea. They also get support from all over the globe. Chelsea emerged as the fourth football club in terms of yearly kit sale worldwide from 2007 to 2012.  The club has an official Twitter account which is followed by 6.29 million individuals.

Wealth

Chelsea are owned by Russian business magnet Roman Abramovich. In May of 2015, Chelsea was named as the sixth most valuable club in the football world with an estimated wealth of $1.37 billion.
