How To Have Fun Hiking
When you go hiking, you need to make sure that you have everything that you will need with you, such as a back pack that has ropes, hooks, water, food, a first-aid kid, some clothes, and sun block or sunscreen in it. You will need a hat, the right shoes for climbing, and sunglasses to keep the sun out of your eyes. Hiking is a fun thing to do because you can climb big rock formations, go up mountains, see new things, and explore new places. You can go down trails, up the hills, or take a walk through the woods. When stopping for the night, you need to have a sleeping bag and a tent to sleep in. You can also sleep out underneath the stars. If you are a runner or a walker, then this is for you, but you have to be careful because you can fall or get hurt by something else.
When you stop to rest or if it is getting too late, then you will have to camp out. You will have to have something with you to start a fire with so you can see and stay warm throughout the night. You can go hiking by yourself or have someone take you out there because you can get lost if you don't know the area. You can be out there for a few days, not knowing where you are going or going to be. It will give you exercise, help build up your muscles, make you stronger, and you won't even notice it because you are having so much fun. By the end of the day, you will feel it and you will be tired, and all you will want to do is relax and get ready for the next day.
Hiking makes you think a lot and clears the mind because it is so peaceful. There are no loud noises or cars in the area, which is what most of us are accustomed to in the city. It makes you breathe in clean air. It will be different at first but it will get better because you are getting all that city air out of you. Make sure that the weather is going to be good for hiking because you don't want to be out there when it rains or when a big storm is coming. You can get sick or get something else that you don't want to catch, so check everything before you go hiking.
