Can you shoot a slug out of 20 gauge poly choke?

It is generally not recommended to shoot slugs through a Poly Choke or other fixed choke devices. Slugs require a smooth bore or a cylinder choke for safe and accurate shooting. Using slugs with a choked barrel can damage the choke or the firearm itself.

Poly Choke devices are designed to change the choke constriction of a shotgun by adjusting the choke tube. However, they are primarily intended for use with shot shells and may not be suitable for the higher pressures generated by slug rounds.
