How do I get the back off of my Ironman watch?

- Small flat-head screwdriver

- Safety glasses

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the watch.

1. Place the watch face down on a soft surface.
2. Protect the crystal by covering it with a piece of cloth or tape.

Step 2: Pry off the back cover.

3. Locate the small notch in the back cover.
4. Insert the flat-head screwdriver into the notch and gently pry the back cover off.

Step 3: Remove the battery.

6. Once the back cover is off, you will see the battery.
7. Gently pry the battery out with your fingers or a pair of tweezers.

Step 4: Replace the battery.

8. Insert the new battery into the watch, making sure that the positive (+) side of the battery is facing up.
9. Gently press the battery down until it is seated in place.

Step 5: Replace the back cover.

10. Align the back cover with the watch case and gently press it down until it snaps into place.
11. Make sure that the back cover is securely in place before wearing the watch.
