Experts Advise Left-Handed Beginners To Learn To Play Golf Right-Handed

There’s a lot of talk is over whether right handed is better than left handed when it comes to golf.Similar to playing a guitar, many left handed people are encouraged to play right handed especially if they are absolute beginners. This is because, again like playing a guitar, playing right handed can actually be playing to your left handed strengths, in guitar playing your left hand will be doing all the complicated fret work and in golf your left hand will be your leading hand which means your swings are going to have more strength and power behind them.

There are plenty of people that worry that by switching to the right handed way of playing will mean starting from scratch or the swing just not feeling natural. On the contrary, it is believed that it can take as little as a month to make the switch to being comfortable with the right handed way of doing things. Psychologically it doesn’t affect us as much, many baseball players are able to hit both right handed and ‘switch hitter’ left handed equally as well as each other.
