I’m always amazed when I see golfers wearing tight shirts (and sometimes even tight pants). Now, I know that comfort is a personal preference, but that would drive me crazy if I tried to play golf dressed like that.
I prefer loose fitting shirts that allow my arms to move freely on my swing. I don’t want them to be so loose that they bother me, but I want to feel good when I’m swinging the golf club. I don’t want the sleeves to bother me when I’m putting either.
How to Get Better at Golf Tip 4: Find the right golf clubs.
Using bad equipment, especially clubs that are too long or too short, can doom your game from the start. Most pro shops can tell you about the right length for your height and your swing.
If your clubs are too short, you’ll probably bend over too much at your waist. If they are too long, your swing plane will be awkward at best. Keep this in mind when you’re reading golf club reviews. Find the woods, irons and putter that fit you and your game.
