Las Vegas Golf

In Las Vegas golf is a game in which your odds of losing are about zero. Don't spend all of your time inside when you come to this weather wonderful town. Get outside and play golf with the winners. We'll show you a few of our favorite places to play golf in Las Vegas and we hope you enjoy them.

Las Vegas Golf Courses of Note

Jack Nicklaus has designed over 200 courses, and he selected his favorite eighteen holes for use at our first featured Las Vegas golf course, Bear's Best Golf Club. This is a very challenging course that tests even the Bear (Jack's nickname) himself (see photo above to understand how tough it can be). This Las Vegas winner plays a long 7,194 from the gold tee and will seriously test your abilities with a demanding slope of 147. Less than great golfers can still enjoy the test at the 6,628-yard blue tees that have a slope of 130. This Las Vegas golf course is a winner!

Brian Curley & Lee Schmidt designed a real golfers Las Vegas golf course when they created Seina Golf Club. You will use every club in your bag on this par 72 course that plays out at between 6,000 and 6,800 yards from the five sets of tees. Distance isn't as important as accuracy here when you to try to avoid the 95 white sand bunkers and several water hazards. Priced between $100 and $200, this Las Vegas golf course is as beautiful as it is challenging with views of the mountains and strip.

This Las Vegas course isn't called Badlands Golf Course for nothing. You will find trouble on every errant shot of this 27 hole collaboration between Johnny Miller and Chi Chi Rodriquez. The first two nines are called Desperado and Diablo with good reason. There are arroyos, rocky desert terrain, and all sorts of nasty thing if you don't hit the lush greens or fairways. The newest nine holes called Outlaw Nine is somewhat more forgiving since it's wider and funnels your misses back to the fairways. This is a great Las Vegas golf course, and what many would call a must play.
