In this installment of ClubTest 2010, we break down the pros and cons of 27 drivers, listed at right. We recruited 40 Average Joes to field test the drivers at PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

We divided drivers into three categories: "Tour" (evaluated by ClubTesters with 2 to 11 handicaps), "Game-Improvement" (7-15) and "Max Game-Improvement" (13-21). Testers provide detailed feedback for Look, Feel, Playability, Forgiveness and Distance.

Our exclusive research partner, Hot Stix Golf, custom-fit all 40 testers. Hot Stix fitters used the TrackMan launch monitor to capture data for the testers' current drivers. (All test drivers also went through a diagnostic evaluation.) Fitters used the data to recommend a match between testers and test clubs.
