b. Push the firing pin stop located on the left side of the bolt head inward with a small punch or nail.

c. Lift the bolt carrier assembly to the rear and out of the receiver.

d. Rotate the bolt slightly so the locking lug clears the receiver and lift it out.

e. Press in the firing pin retaining pin located on the left side of the bolt body with a small punch or nail and slide out the firing pin.

5. Clean the firearm:

a. Use a cleaning rod and patches to clean the barrel, chamber, and other internal components of the firearm.

b. Apply a small amount of gun oil to the moving parts of the action and bolt.

6. Reassemble the firearm:

a. Replace the firing pin and firing pin retaining pin into the bolt body.

b. Insert the bolt into the receiver and rotate it so that the locking lug engages.

c. Reinstall the bolt carrier and push the firing pin stop inward to secure it.

d. Replace the trigger group assembly and secure it with the forend screw or pin.

e. Reattach the barrel and forearm to the receiver, ensuring the release button engages.
