Barracudas are formidable predators, but sharks are generally much more powerful and dangerous. Barracudas have long, sharp teeth and can swim very quickly, but they are not nearly as strong as sharks and do not have the same crushing power in their jaws. Sharks also have a much tougher hide than barracudas, which makes them more resistant to injury. In a fight between a barracuda and a shark, the shark would almost certainly win.
