* To use dogs when chasing a fox or raccoon that is actually being pursued by the dogs with the intent of treing (cornering) the fox or raccoon.

* To hunt feral hogs year round.

* A person hunting their private property or land under their legal control with only muzzleloading guns or archery equipment in season or out, except during the special deer or turkey hunts unless they have a valid privilege (tag).

* Any owner or tenant and members of their immediate household (children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, etc.) are exempt from purchasing resident hunting licenses to hunt game on their own land.

* An immediate household refers to individuals who continuously live with the landowner.

* Those landowners or immediate household members that want to hunt game outside their property must purchase the required hunting license(s).

* To trap on their property, any owner of land and his/her immediate family.
