What does a whiting fish face look like?

Whiting fish have small, upturned mouths and a projecting lower jaw. Their eyes are located on the top of their head, set close together. Whiting, like many flatfishes, have both eyes on one side of the head (typically the right side), the other eye having migrated around during development. In their larval state, both eyes begin on the same side of the head.
