A Fisherman's Hliday Wishes...

Husbands watching all the great new gear they're advertizing on the WFN and wishing that he had been born rich instead of so good looking. (Yeah, right!) The wife walks in...

Wife: What do you want for Christmas this year dear?

Husband (Lieing through his teeth of coarse): Well, I haven't really given it much thought honey. I suppose a little 20 or 21 foot Bass Boat would do the trick. I imagine that I would be satisfied with about a 250 HP motor and since Christmas just rolls around once a year, might as well add a couple of those nice Power Poles to it. Yeah, one on each side of the motor, now that would be real nice. Of coarse if a man's gonna be fishing out of a new boat, we might think about trading my ole' truck in on a new 4 wheel drive with a matching paint job to pull it with. A few new rod and reel combos would also be a nice little side present and maybe a couple of new tackle boxes full of some of those hot colored lures for a stocking stuffer. Yea, that should do it I think. That's not too much is it honey?

Wife: (Shaking her head) And may I ask exactly what do you plan on getting me?

Husband: (Big goofy smile on his face) Why, that new coffee maker, a new set of cookware, and maybe even a new set of dishes!

Half hour later the phone rings. It's one of her husband's fishing buddies. The wife answers the phone. "If this is anyone wanting to talk to my husband... He can be reached down at the hospital in room 309. He was admitted about 20 minutes ago with a concussion!"
