TASK 2: Fishing in your region
Wow, this will be hard to
make into a blog and not a book. What
can I say about fishing Colorado, other than IT?S AWESOME! I have lived in a few parts of the US, and
have come to love the fishing in Colorado.
If you look at our state records we are very comparable to most every
state that has the species we have? yes we have fish other then trout. I have caught Black Bullhead, Black Crappie, Blue
Catfish, Bluegills, Brook Trout, Brown Trout, Carp, Channel Catfish, Cutbow
Trout, Cutthroat Trout, Drum, Grayling, Green Sunfish, Kokanee Salmon, Lake
Trout, Largemouth Bass, Longnose Suckers, Northern Pike, Pumpkinseed, Rainbow
Trout, Saugeye, Smallmouth Bass, Splake, Spotted Bass, Walleye, White Bass, White
Crappie, Whitefish, White Sucker, Wiper, Yellow Perch. The crazy thing about that list is, it isn?t even
all the species they have in Colorado. I
have been mainly fishing the back country of Colorado with thousands of
mountain lakes to choose from up there its hard to hit the same one more than
once. Luckily I run an internet website http://www.coloradomountainfishing.com
which brings users together to share their knowledge about the region I live
in. I am also an admin on two other
internet forums one that?s part of the WFN network http://www.fishexplorer.com and the
oldest one http://www.coloradofisherman.com.
