You get a lot of the same fun and interesting things available at more manmade vacation locations, for example, it is Nevada, and many people do like to visit because of the gambling. It's cliché but true, and while you could drive in to Reno to gamble there are actual lodges with casino facilities in them. Now the casinos will not be as fancy as the top end ones in Las Vegas, but the ones in Las Vegas won't have the view or the ability to just go fishing if you want to.
