Cooking Rainbow Trout if it's your first time is not really that hard. All you simply need to do after you have your fish all cleaned out is to wrap the fish in aluminum foil and cook it either on your stove top or on the coals of your camp fire. To give your trout flavor before you actually roll the foil around the fish you can add butter, a little lemon, pepper and what ever other spices or flavors you would like to add. You cook the fish four around three to five minutes per side flipping it over at least four times. I like my fish cooked and am not a susi eater.
This is one of the easiest way to cook rainbow trout especially if it's your first time. Once you cook it correctly once your all done you can unwrap the foil and open the fish up and grab the front of the backbone and pull or peel it back away from the meat. If the fish isn't coming off the bone then it's not cooked enough. While cooking your trout a cook trout tip is to add a wet piece of white birch bark into your coals and that will give your fish a smoked flavor while it is being cooked that comes out with a sweet taste. I have had so many people complament me on the flavor of the trout when I cook it this way.
After spending a good, long day of fishing it is nice to bring a fish home every now and then and cook it up and feed the family. Hopefully you have more than one fish! Being able to prep or clean your fish is a good skill to know so you are not waiting on anybody else. You can just do it yourself. After you have gotten your fish all cleaned and you have your area all cleaned up its now hopefully you know How To Cook Rainbow Trout to prepare yourself a nice dinner.
