BMXs also only have one brake on the rear of the bike this is to prevent accidents from occurring when only the front brake is used to slow down.
BMXing has become increasingly popular as a sport. Both racing and stunt performing are extremely exhilarating and in 2008 became an Olympic sport.
In nearly all cities today there is a bike ramp or park designed for people to practice on their BMX. With a BMX, not only can you get from A to B easily and cheaply but also you can have loads of fun practicing and learning stunts to perform.
